DALLAS, TEXAS (Jan. 4, 2006) - Dresser, Inc. announced today that it has named R. Michael Carlson as president of North American operations for its Dresser Wayne retail fueling business and Daniel E. Jezerinac as president of its Natural Gas Solutions (NGS) business.

"We are very pleased to have individuals such as Mike and Dan with long-term, successful track records at Dresser who can assume new leadership roles," said John P. Ryan, president and chief operating officer of Dresser, in making the announcement.  

Mr. Carlson joined Dresser in 1973 and has held numerous positions in operations, sales and marketing.  He had served as president of NGS since 2001 and had previously been vice president of global sales and marketing for NGS from 1988 to 2001. 

Succeeding Mr. Carlson at NGS, Mr. Jezerinac joined Dresser in 1977 and has held a variety of sales, marketing, operations and business development positions.  Most recently he was president of Dresser Flow Services and previously was vice president and general manager of Dresser's Roots division.
